Ottogi (오똑이)
It is a work that symbolizes the origin of motherhood, resilience, and the continuity of life through a form that seeks its center even amid movement.
Its repeated motion of losing balance and regaining its center reveals the innate rhythm of recovery shared by humans and nature, while sensitively evoking the process by which a being, though shaken by external forces, ultimately straightens and restores itself.
Ottogi is perceived not as a fixed sculptural object, but as a living presence that continuously breathes within relationships and cycles.
